Most worries are due to past experiences, failures or missed opportunities that make a person anxious about the future consequences.
However, should a person maintain a complete focus on the moment at hand as it is but a singular point-in-time, they would experience the moment just as it “is”…standing alone and unto itself…detached from time, and detached from all the worries of the past and anxieties regarding the future.
In the void of emotional distraction, not only will a person display a calmer and happier demeanor, but what’s more, they will gain the mental clarity to engage in more effective decision-making that will lead to more desirable results.
