He owns a commercial real estate brokerage firm called Cornerstone Real Estate Investment and in 2013 he founded Hillside Parsons which develops buildings in south Harlem. Edmond met his wife Stacey through MJE, he is a regular participant and lives with his wife and kids here on the UWS.

Elysa Goldman | Vice President, Extell Development Company
Elysa Goldman oversees the planning, rezoning, development, financing and sales for several significant residential projects in Manhattan. Prior to joining Extell, Ms. Goldman worked as a developer for The Hanover Company, a private real estate development company where she was responsible for financing and developing several major projects in the United States, Europe, and Australia. Ms. Goldman earned a B.A. in Psychology from Dartmouth College.

Eran Elhanani is the Founder and Principal broker of Esquared Realty. He is a real estate professional who has truly done it all. He specializes in sales of condos, co-ops, townhouses, land, development sites and investment properties, as well as representing new developments and developers in the city. One of his notable deals was representing a developer in a $120M assemblage.
Prior to opening Esquared Realty he was a Senior VP in Keller Williams with his own small team and prior to that he was a top producer at Halstead and a member of the Gold and Platinum circle there and a managing director at Nest Seekers International.

Melanie Siben | Master Certified Negotiation Expert, Rutenberg
Melanie Siben is New York’s FIRST female Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE). At the same time, she teaches Mindful Meditation and has taught this skill to more than 3,000 students in the last 10 years. At 18, Melanie was one of New York’s youngest real estate agents. She is originally from Bay Shore, New York, but has lived and worked in Japan, Europe and on Guam as a model, student and journalist. She has explored property in more than 80 countries, including many visited in Africa during her six-month solo backpacking and photo safari journey. Manhattan has been Melanie’s home for more than 20 years. Prior to her return to real estate two years ago, Melanie was a TV news reporter and founder of America’s first anti child trafficking organization. Michael Chadwick | Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Bond NY
Michael Chadwick is a licensed real estate salesperson at BOND NY, the largest independently owned brokerage in NYC. For 6 years he’s negotiated the sale or lease of hundreds of apartments all over Manhattan, Brooklyn & Queens. In 2016 Michael was recognized as one of the top 80 out of 500 agents at BOND NY. He’s been quoted in the NY Times , the Real Deal , & Real Estate Weekly called him a “Super Agent” . Michael started his business part time between bartending and catering jobs, and after 3 years he was able to go full time and say “Good bye” to food service. He publishes a blog and has thousands of followers on twitter including a list celebrities like Tom Cruise. Chadwick was one of the top 10 Bachelors on season 1 of “Sweet Home Alabama”, a dating reality show on CMT. He also recently had a cameo on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing. He’s in his early 30’s, both parents Jewish..though not particularly observant Chadwick was a fellow with a Jewish program called “Chavaya ” in 2015 & he recently participated in a learning program in the UK sponsored by Machon Yaakov. Neil Baim is Senior Director for Empire Advisory Group, heading new business development and identifying business opportunities for the firm and prospective clients. Mr. Baim spent 18 years on Wall Street as an RIA doing financial consulting with Legg Mason, First Albany Corp., Janney Montgomery Scott, and The Abernathy Group. Mr. Baim returns to the Real Estate Industry where he began over 21 years ago in Property Management and Development for Edgebrook Development and the Ironwood Development Group in NJ, and Rex Management in NYC. In between, he spent a number of years in the food and beverage industry, managing and owning the healthful and locally sourced Comfort Restaurant in Hastings on Hudson, NY. Mr. Baim has a BBA in Business Management and Economics from The George Washington University.

Rena is currently involved in an array of multifamily development projects in the South Bronx, in multiple stages of development. She is focused on creating quality and cost effective design for urban New Yorkers. Rena previously served as the managing director at SINSSA, a design-built company focused on residential properties internationally. She practiced high end design in the luxury residential market as an architect in Tel Aviv. Rena has a B.Arch diploma in architecture from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem.
