MJE POLICIES

Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct applies to all participants, lay leadership, volunteers, hosts and guests at MJE
events (collectively “MJE Participants”). MJE employees are required to adhere to the code of conduct
and are additionally subject to employee anti-harassment policies and MJE’s employee handbook. View full Code of Conduct here.

Age Requirement
Most MJE events (including but not exclusive to parties, retreats, dinners, etc.) are intended for young Jewish adults in their 20s and 30s. We have a few select events that are open to a more general demographic. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who does not fit all terms and conditions including but not exclusive to age.

Payment Method
MJE accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Pricing and Availability
Program fees are as advertised. Late sign up fees may apply.

Cancelled Events

If MJE cancels an event; we will make every effort to ensure refunds are issued if applicable.
If an event is moved or rescheduled limited refund options may apply.

ID Required
IDs are required for all MJE Events.

Refunds
Program fees are final and not transferable. MJE will not provide refunds in the event that the participant cannot attend the event.
Credits and rain checks are not available for future events. Program fees are for the specific event they were purchased for and can not be
used towards another event in the future.

What does MJE do with the personal contact information we ask for?
When you are making a donation, registering for an event or subscribing to our eNewsletter, we ask you for personal contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email. We will use this contact information to provide you with information or resources you have requested, such as information about MJE, a receipt, or financial report, or we will use your information to contact you to clarify or verify other information, such as a request or a donation you made. Personal contact information is not shared with any organization outside of MJE and our agents.

What does MJE do with the personal billing information we ask for?
In addition to personal contact information, we ask for billing information, such as your billing address and credit card number and details, when you make a donation. We use secure servers to gather and process your billing information. Your billing information is not shared with any other organizations, and your credit card number is not retained once your transaction has been authorized and processed.

Acceptance of Privacy Policy
By using this site and MJE services, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree or are not comfortable with any policy described in this Privacy Policy, please discontinue your use of this site and services. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we change our policy, we will post all changes on our site. Your continued use of any portion of the site following notification or posting of such changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes. You are solely responsible for exercising caution whenever disclosing information online.
